1. Proof of Purchase

With Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in original condition, unopened, unused, and uninstalled.
  • All original packaging and materials must be intact.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

Approved returns will be credited to the customer’s wallet balance, accessible under Payments & Balance in your account.

Without Proof of Purchase

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted at our discretion.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Only store credit will be provided.
  • Refund value will be based on the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.

2. Return Conditions

  • Certain product categories are non-returnable once opened or installed.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to special orders, commercial tools, and outsourced products.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Clearance and “AS IS” items are strictly non-refundable.
